Background
Poetic, elegant and confident stage presence . . . Kenneth Chia began his flute studies at the age of nine at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. He graduated in 1998 with Honors from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, with a BFA in Flute Performance going on to gain a Masters degree in Flute Performance from Indiana University Graduate School of Music. Kenneth has toured extensively and featured as a soloist with orchestras throughout the United States.
The programme included a variety of Western and Asian music that appealed to the internationally diverse audience.
